better be balsamic

The right balsamic vinegar can make all of the difference. The older the balsamic the better.

Try this simple balsamic vinaigrette for a great tasting salad.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil

Beat the vinegar in a bowl with garlic, salt and pepper. Slowly beat in the oil whisking constantly. Put in a cute bottle.
