5 reasons to go vegetarian

1. You'll save money! Meats and fish are usually the most expensive items in any grocery cart. Cut the meat and cut the price.

2. It's slimming. On the whole vegetarians weigh less, about 15% less, than their meat eating counterparts.

3. It's good for your heart. Veggies are chock full of potassium.

4. It protects against cancer.

5. It's good for the planet. Animals require 11 times more energy and 26 times more water to produce.
