eat better for less

Here are some items to try to cut down on the expensive protein items.

Instead of...
sirloin try flat iron steak
pork tenderloin try pork shoulder
lamb chops try lamb shank
chicken breast try whole chicken
salmon fillet try salmon steak
raw shrimp try frozen shrimp
