Trying to set the right mood at your next party, try these foods sorted by their mood.

- Know a group that's feeling stressed out, try serving these: oatmeal, pistachios, milk, avocados and wine
- Planning a study party?  These foods will keep your mind sharp: toast, turkey, coffee and eggs
- Going on a group walk try these energetic foods: water, pineapple and almonds
- Want to celebrate the new year try these happy foods: chocolate, walnuts and spinach
- Even though it may seem contrary avoid these bad mood foods: doughnuts, bacon, large portions, cola and alcohol.  They might be happy in the moment, but will feel bad afterwards.
