vitamin alternatives

If you have picky eaters try these substitutes

For vitamin a, if they won't eat carrots, try sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, or dried apricots.
For vitamin c, if they won't eat broccoli, try tomato sauce, bell peppers, or strawberries.
For potassium, if they won't eat spinach, try potatoes, bananas, or edamame.
For foliate, if they won't eat lettuce, try peas, orange juice, or asparagus.
